The room was very big and clean, and the bathroom was tidy too. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well in our room at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was included and the continental selection was good, though the bacon wasn’t to my taste. The restaurant decor also felt like it took me back to the 80s. From the outside, the hotel looks modern and great, but the sensor on the main door didn’t work, so we had to push it open. The reception area was crowded with so much stuff that it took me back to the 80s as well. I only saw one lady doing everything from the restaurant to reception, and she was very friendly and kind. It has four stars, though in my opinion it deserves three. I do recommend it, as it seems they’re trying to make improvements.

Good value for a one-night stay. If you’re driving, search for the cinema plex to find the parking, rather than the hotel. Miss that street and you’ll have to loop back along tiny, sloping roads that will test your driving skills 🙈.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the service was excellent. The hotel was tidy and very clean, and the staff were lovely and helpful. I recommend staying here.

A great central place to stay in Lourdes. The staff were friendly, and the man at the desk, who seemed to wear many hats, was especially helpful and obliging. I’d recommend it to anyone coming to Lourdes.

It’s a family-run business, and the food was amazing. We tried spaghetti, milanesa, and gnocchi, and everything was really tasty. Highly recommended!
