The kitchen team put real effort into preparing Italian dishes for us, which we appreciated. I was there for a week with the group from Italy for the Pilgrimage of Hope. Throughout our stay, the staff were attentive, patient, and organized, especially with such a large group. The towels in the rooms were small, worn, and rough. The hand and shower soap came as foam, while liquid soap was only available in small sachets from reception if requested. The pillows were also quite flat and could have been more comfortable.

The food and wine selection was good, and the location was excellent. Some parts of the hotel have been renovated, while other areas feel older, but it was clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I'd stay there again if I return to Lourdes.

I stayed with Irish and other European deaf people. The hotel seemed to serve food suited to its own country, and the Irish guests didn't like it.

The rooms were very dark, and there's no AC. The place has a very old-fashioned feel.

The food wasn't very good.
