The owner is a sweetheart and was really helpful, and they could accommodate requests. It's a small, beautiful hotel that's very clean, with a powerful shower and warm water. The price is very low, making it an excellent budget choice. The central location worked well for my elderly mother, who can't walk far. There were great food and drink options nearby, including Viet Thai and La Passage.

We stayed for a full week in early September 2019 while volunteering in Lourdes. I was there with three friends, and all four of us got bed bugs and needed medical treatment. We never received clean towels during the week, and the cleanliness was poor. It felt like a health hazard. This doesn't even deserve one star.

The woman running this quaint little hotel went out of her way to help us and can arrange beds or cots for children. It's across the river and within walking distance of the Shrine of Our Ladynof Lourdes.

Dogs are welcome, and we'd stay again. It's a small family hotel that's run perfectly, with beautiful decor and coordinating linens and towels. The service was great.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were lovely and helpful. Airport pickup and drop-off are available, depending on availability.
