Le Milan Hotel

The staff's help when I lost my luggage on the bus was extraordinary. Mr. Vincent Luxman personally called and went to bus depots to try to find it for me, since I had to attend the holy services and couldn't search myself. Their compassion and dedication overwhelmed me. They treated me with sincere care, almost as if they had been sent by God when I needed help, not like just another guest. I'll always be grateful, and wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Le Milan to anyone visiting Lourdes. I stayed for one night on Friday, 30th January, and the staff were welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. They took time to explain the Holy Sanctuary, its locations, the different services, and the exact schedules. It made my pilgrimage more meaningful and stress-free.

The location is perfect for the price, but the room facilities aren't really up to much.

The twin room was on the small side, but warm and quiet, with clean, comfortable beds and crisp white bedding. The hotel is friendly and good value. It's a nine-minute walk from the Sanctuary and la Grotto. I arrived around dinner time and was able to ask for a table and a three-course meal for €15. Nobody was at reception when I first arrived, but the owner helped me after dinner. I mentioned I was going to the Candle procession, and they gave me the code for coming back late. Walking down the main street felt very safe.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE 🙏 The room is outdated and nothing is good. While we were sleeping, we could hear the upstairs bathroom flushing, and it felt like water from the toilet was coming into our room. The service was very rude and unprofessional, and I had a very bad experience. I work in hospitality in England as a restaurant manager and know how customers should be treated. Bad customer service makes you feel awful.
