We paid around $250 a night for a very basic room. The shower had barely any pressure and took so long to warm up that we wondered if there was any water at all. Calling this a European four-star hotel feels like a stretch. The welcome letter behind the door was something else, I should have taken a photo. We arrived late in the evening and didn't have time to find somewhere else, but the parking security was excellent and may be the main reason to stay.

The staff were attentive and really helpful, and there's a nice bar where rosé was available all day. We loved the pool after a day walking around the villages. The hotel is central to everything, just a two-minute walk from the village center. We had a wonderful three-night stay for our 30th anniversary.

We especially liked the relaxing, inviting pool area, and the hotel grounds and garden were well kept. The staff were kind and helpful, with a special shout-out to Slyvie at reception. It's a lovely little hotel in an ideal spot, and we enjoyed Lourmarin as well as how easy it was to reach other small villages in the region.

Arriving here feels special. It's a beautiful hotel in a beautiful part of France, and the staff are all so helpful, always doing things with a smile. Our stay in Laurmarin wouldn't have felt complete without the hotel.

Bruno, the dog at reception, was my favorite part and made my mornings excellent. The garden was amazing for coffee on sunny days, and the pool was heated in October. Breakfast was extremely delicious, and our room was clean and nice. The receptionist was very kind too. The town center is only a five-minute walk away. Such a nice surprise!
