We were left outside for two hours and never got into our room. The property manager hadn't emailed us any instructions for checking in or getting inside, and our calls through Agoda went unanswered. By then it was 11 pm, and we had to skip dinner because of their irresponsibility. It ruined the trip.

La Maison de Lourmarin was in the heart of the village, with a lovely café about a three-minute walk away where we had plenty of breakfast vouchers. We spent three nights at Cecilia's place and loved it. The rooms were charming, beautifully decorated, and had thoughtful boutique hotel touches. The shower was fantastic, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the black tea soap was a favorite. Communication was great from check-in through the whole stay. We couldn't have asked for a better visit and can't wait to return to this gorgeous village in Provence. Highly recommend staying here.

We were given an upgrade to an amazing suite, and the house was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. There's a kitchenette on the ground floor if you'd like to eat in. We also got breakfast coupons for the Comptoir, which was good, and parking nearby was free. We never met Cecilia, but communicating with her and getting into the house both went smoothly. The host was very poor at communicating, which was a letdown. The rooms were lovely and the location was great, though it could get noisy because it's so central.
