The room was spacious enough for our family, and having a kitchen helped. The staff were friendly and spoke several languages, and there’s a bus stop right outside, though it takes about an hour to reach central Paris. The terrace was covered in ash and too dirty to use. The laundry machine left black tar stains on some of our clothes, and the dishwasher and coffee maker were broken. Staff stayed polite but never followed up on our requests to get things fixed. For the price, it’s okay if you go in knowing it’s a three-star place.

It’s a nice place, though finding restaurants or somewhere to eat nearby isn’t easy.

Things went badly after the ownership changed. Our first apartment was filthy because the cleaning contract had expired, so it hadn’t been cleaned at all. We waited more than an hour while they looked for another place, and the replacement apartment had plenty of problems too.

Bedbugs and cockroaches in the beds, a sink that wouldn’t drain, and the heating stuck on full blast. The place was absolutely filthy, the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen. Don’t stay here under any circumstances, you’d be better off on the sidewalk.
