Le B Complexe Hôtel

Really great.

The shared spaces were a real plus for me, with a big lounge, high tables, and a relaxed co-working feel where I could unwind or get some work done. My room was comfortable, modern, and nicely decorated, and breakfast was excellent. The customer service was especially attentive. Because of my particular circumstances, they refunded the last three nights without any hassle. I’d happily recommend it.

When our car broke down on the way back from vacation, we were stuck in the evening with our two young children and couldn’t find a hotel with a room. We got in touch, and they kindly made one available, so we could all have a peaceful night. The place itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. At breakfast, the person serving us was so welcoming and kind to our daughters and to us. It’s a real pleasure to meet people that friendly. Thank you so much for your help and hospitality!

Two years ago, everything was fine, but this stay was a completely different experience. We arrived to a room that smelled of sewage, and the mattress was so soft and dipped in the middle that sleeping was very uncomfortable. Water was also dripping from the ceiling. We reported the problems privately and got no reply, which left us feeling disregarded as guests. Those kinds of issues aren’t acceptable in a hotel. We won’t be coming back.
