The pool was really good, and the staff were kind and cheerful throughout. Our Privilege Bedroom was spacious and clean, too. A lovely spot for an overnight stay or longer. If we're in Lumio again, we'd probably choose Hotel Chez Charles.

That meal was unforgettable. The decor made an impression right away, especially the "Charcuterie Corse" served on a large stone. We had five courses, plus an extra one the owner treated us to. I've spent my whole career in hospitality, so the owner gave me a private look around the kitchen and wine cellar. Both were incredibly clean and impressive. The inventive cooking is clearly why they're in the "Guide Michelin". Bravo!

The team is so warm and helpful, and the restaurant really impressed me across the board. The setting might not be as striking as la Signoria, another one-star restaurant, but for me A Casa di Ma is far better. Absolutely recommend it.

The views are lovely, and the people working there are very friendly. Just keep in mind that if you're staying here as a base without renting a car, taxis can get expensive. A return ride to Calvi cost €60.

Service at the hotel was great, and breakfast was very good, though pricey. Dinner was alright, but I wouldn't give it a one-star rating.
