The apartment is quiet, spotless, and feels brand new. It has air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, a roomy shower, a large fridge, a TV, and more. There’s also a private garage that locks, which was handy for our car. Marthe, the owner, gave us a lovely welcome and the service was excellent. Call ahead with your arrival time, and use GPS to locate the exact address in central Lunel. Highly recommended.

The exterior looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com, and I couldn't find any parking. I came away feeling this seemed more like a scam than a proper stay, and I strongly advise others against it. I had booked and paid in advance for three days, with a 4 PM arrival time, but the host wasn't there. I still have the confirmation email. After 10 calls and a message went unanswered, I waited over an hour in the summer heat with my 5-year-old before finding somewhere else. We ended up at the Kyriad hotel, which cost me over €300. It wasn't my responsibility to keep waiting. You mentioned our phone conversation in your reply, but do you remember what you said? I'm only describing what happened, and I have everything on my phone. Maybe you're unhappy that I posted photos of the property's exterior, but people deserve to know what to expect. I'm not promising them a dream. Your punctuality and your comments were far from professional. If you can't accept criticism, take yourself off these sites. I have the right to share what happened in case it helps someone else. Booking.com seems to be getting worse and worse. Best of luck.
