Village Cévéo de Luz-Saint-Sauveur

The place is easy to reach on foot from Luz along a beautiful path, and hikes start right by the river at the residence. There's also a shuttle to the Luz Ardiden ski slopes. Our car stayed in the parking lot all week, which was really convenient. We found the staff friendly, dedicated, fun, and quick to help. The entertainment was fantastic, and the cocktails at the bar were great. There was a gym, varied meals at an all-you-can-eat buffet, and the spa treatment was a lovely extra after hiking or skiing. The dining room windows were dusty, though, which was a shame given the lovely view from the table. It felt warm and welcoming, like being at home, and we could really switch off. Don't hesitate to take the all-inclusive option if you want a relaxing stay.

We spent a weekend here with our two children and everything was perfect. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, the spa area was fantastic, and both the restaurant and bar were very good. We'd gladly return.

The food was delicious and varied, with dishes such as sausage rougail, lasagna, and veal sauté with caramel. I hadn't expected dinner to be served plated at the table, which was a surprise. We had a lovely stay, with incredibly friendly staff who were always smiling. Great value for money and an ideal location.

We had a great stay with our two teenagers. The resort was clean and well designed, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. I'd expected a worn-out old place and school-cafeteria-style meals based on earlier reviews, but the service was excellent, the spa more than adequate, and the food simple but varied. It was a pleasant surprise.
