The apartment was fairly comfortable and wasn't too bad, but the shower and toilet were tiny. There was little privacy, and we could hear the noisy neighbors clearly because the apartments are so close together, including their barking dog. The main reason I won't return is that we couldn't reach the hosts at all. Around ten calls went unanswered, whether we used the booking number or the emergency number they'd given us. When an emergency came up, the front door wouldn't lock. We spent the whole stay with a door that wouldn't close and didn't feel safe.

The apartment was clean and quiet overall, and having a parking space was a plus. Still, the price felt too high for what we got. We booked it for a work event, and the first thing we noticed inside was a strong tobacco smell throughout. The bathroom was so cramped it was hard to sit without your knees touching the door, and there were several stains on the sofa and living room rug. It was also disappointing that no one was ever there in person. Everything was handled remotely by text, with the keys left in a designated box.

The apartment was pleasant and comfortable enough, the room was nice, and it was reasonably clean. But we couldn't get hold of the hosts through either the number provided or the emergency line. We just got automated alerts, as if a robot could help if something happened. Some may also dislike having to pass the neighbor's large dog, which always seemed ready to attack, when coming or going. Maybe creeping past would stop him noticing you, and if he did, pretending not to see him might calm him down a little, if you're lucky. The worst part was the door. It didn't lock or even close, so anyone could have walked in while we slept or were out. We had to wedge things against it throughout our stay so we wouldn't be caught off guard at night. We hid our valuables or took them with us whenever we left, even though we had a lot of luggage. Safety should come first. Hosts shouldn't let people stay in the apartment while the door is being fixed. People's safety should matter more than money.

The room was cold, dirty, and dark. There was mold in the bathroom and around the windows, and without proper bathroom lighting we had to use our phone flashlight. The toilet was so cramped that the door wouldn't shut. It was 10 degrees Celsius when we arrived, and we waited several hours for the room to warm up. There were no directions for switching on the heating. The owner didn't answer the phone and took a long time to reply to WhatsApp messages. The window faced a garbage dump. Our worst experience with Booking.com. A disaster, I wouldn't recommend it.
