The design is modern and the architecture makes good use of the space. The rooms are functional, and the building is new, so it should be easy to maintain. But I expected more care with the details from a new hotel chain in Europe. The shower pressure is very low, so showers take longer and waste water. In room 320, the wall-to-floor seals look poorly checked; see the photos. I suspect other rooms may have the same issue, which could cause hygiene problems later. The breakfast has the basics, but things are often missing and brought out late. In France, having only French Emmenthal and a soft white cheese is disappointing. And at this price, even off season and outside the center, not providing slippers feels miserly and unfair to guests. They should at least say “we save, bring yours from home.”

The fruit at breakfast was a letdown. On all three mornings, the peaches were withered and the bananas had lots of black spots. They'd be better off setting that whole basket aside. Otherwise, for me this new hotel was a welcome change from some of the older places I've stayed in around Europe. The room was spacious, the bathroom had a modern design, and the AC worked well. It's so new that it may not show up in some bus or cab apps yet, though there are bus stops within walking distance.

The price was very good for the quality. It's a clean, modern, comfortable hotel, though you'll need a car. Parking is very affordable.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and our rooms were very clean and well equipped. I stayed three nights with my son while working with clients in Lyon, and we had a great time. The price was fair, too. I'd recommend this place anytime.
