The whole team was friendly and professional from our first conversations, and that continued through the project. They were attentive and available at each stage, which helped us feel at ease and confident. A big thank you to everyone!
Arnaud was there for us at every stage and never left us in the lurch. His follow-up was outstanding and took away all the administrative hassle. The builder is reliable and easy to reach, with excellent expertise and a willingness to share personal views to help shape each client's vision. You can trust Babeau Seguin.
We worked with Mr. Rivoal, who gave us very helpful advice and even drove an hour and a half to meet us. Excellent builder, highly recommended. Thanks again.
Mr. Lafresnaye guided us expertly through our investment project. Thank you for his professionalism and advice, clearly backed by a great deal of experience.
Significant rising damp showed up on the facades just over a year after my house was built. Maisons Cercle has done nothing to put it right and has only reluctantly answered messages. After a lawyer's letter, it finally said it wasn't responsible, even though an insurance expert's report identified defects, including failure to meet a DTU standard because the rendering doesn't stop high enough above ground level.
