Once you get checked in and have the bipper, the underground car park has a lift up to the building. The place is actually Stella, not Zenao, and seems designed for seniors, but it's a superb place to stay. We had a new small apartment with everything we could want, the best place we stayed on our whole trip. It was really good value, too, and the money saved meant we could book a table at Cassis restaurant next door, which is fabulous.

The staff made us feel very welcome, and the room was clean, functional, well maintained, and had all the comforts we wanted. Excellent value for money. It was a great experience and I'll definitely come back. One small suggestion: it would be nice if they offered breakfast.

We had a lovely apartment in a great spot within a senior living residence. The welcome was warm, and the excellent staff answered all our questions.

Such a warm welcome, with a level of professionalism that's rare these days. Well done, and thank you! Sylvie Dirmann, Bastide Villemomble
