Aparthotel Adagio Paris Malakoff Châtillon

We stayed for 3-4 days while visiting Paris. The room was okay, but the food options stayed exactly the same throughout our stay, and the service was poor for the price. Most staff spoke only French, which felt limiting for an international hotel with guests from many places. Front desk support was also poor, and our beds and towels weren't changed or the room cleaned. A disappointing stay.

I only realized jewelry was missing from my room once I got home, after a hectic trip, so it was too late to file a claim. I emailed the hotel and asked them to check the room, but nobody saw anything. Unfortunately, the jewelry had been stolen.

We were there for two nights and had a really pleasant stay. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and professional.

The room didn't feel very clean, and my towels weren't changed during my three-day stay. On the last night, my card suddenly stopped working. I spent nearly two hours at reception, until 1 a.m., while even the manager tried to figure it out. Service was okay, though it could be better. The hotel is a little out of the way, but the location is still fine. For the rooms and service, the price seemed high. They do offer free tea at reception, which some other hotels charge for.
