There are shops nearby, a pharmacy across the street, pubs, and a bakery. The location is convenient, close to the metro, about five minutes away, and the city center is 15 minutes by metro. We booked through an app other than Booking.com. The price was far from the cheapest in Paris, and the room looked a bit worse in person than in the photo, though it was tolerable. It’s a house converted into mini apartment rooms with kitchens, and the soundproofing is terrible. The cleaning ladies, who were Iranian, made the stay much worse. They came onto our floor at 10:00 PM and were extremely noisy. Even after we confronted them, they continued until 11:30 PM, when I said I’d call the police. We couldn’t reach the owners directly, only through the app, which wasn’t Booking.com. The place is on the rail.
