It was easy to get into Paris from here, with two metro stations, line 4 and line 13, within a 10-minute walk. The area felt nice and safe, and there's a Halal grill nearby if you eat Halal. My friend does, though I don't. Cyclists might appreciate the nearby bicycle repair shop, and there's also a large wine retailer close by if you're driving and want to stock up on French wine. The reception is open 24 hours, and they accept Amex. The hotel itself is cozy, with clean, comfortable rooms and a good bed that made for great sleep. Breakfast was nice, with a few different cheeses, sausages, fruit, jam, cereals, and other things, plus good coffee. French craft beers are available at the hotel bar. 🍺🥰 Thanks to Clo, Megan, and the whole team for a great stay.

The staff were so welcoming, cheerful, and helpful. Even while I was away, they stayed available and agreed to receive my packages. The hotel is small, but the service is great, and the rooms are clean and ready. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance.

Getting around was the main drawback. There isn't a Mertro or RER close to the Hotel, so we had to walk or take a bus to the nearest metro. The rooms were decent for the price, neither very big nor too cramped, and there was free coffee near reception. Kudos to the staff, and thanks for the free choclates at reception! We stayed in Mercure Malakoff for 2 days.

Clo was at the front desk when I checked in and was especially helpful, giving me all the information I needed. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, and the customer service was great.

The price I usually pay per night matches what I expect, but this hotel didn't. After my first night, nobody cleaned my room, which was disappointing. Staff came across as disengaged and unmotivated. I went to breakfast at 06:30 each day. The eggs and beans were cold, there weren't any other vegetables, and the only staff member there asked for my room number without engaging further.
