We had a very good day out as a couple, and felt the entrance fee and restaurant were worth it. The welcome was pleasant and we got lots of information. My wife also booked a massage. Everything was very clean, and the lifeguard was looking after the slippery area around the pool. The aquagym session was a bit noisy, so we went to relax in the salt cave instead. It was lovely and calming. They provided a bathrobe, towel and cup, with self-service anise-flavored water and tea. We’ll definitely come back, thank you.

The salt cave turned out to be a superb discovery, and lunch at the spa restaurant on our second day was a real treat. We also spent two very relaxing days using the Jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and the different jets in the pool.

For €47 on a Saturday in January, the experience was a real disappointment. The welcome felt cold and authoritarian, and the staff seemed overwhelmed as soon as there were three of us. We were told, “you understand the billing,” and had to share a locker because it was a busy day. The wellness area was overcrowded, with too few loungers and chairs. We faced long waits for the hammam, sauna and salt cave, standing outside until someone gave up their spot. The jacuzzi was also too packed to use, and I wasn’t going to wait outside for it in January. The pool was lukewarm to cold, with just a few jets. The showers were cold and had hardly any pressure, and the floor was very slippery for this kind of place. One more thing, bring your own cup if you want tea. Otherwise you have to go back to reception, where you quickly find out how much a cup costs. Such a shame.

The massage was good, the place was clean and we received a warm welcome. The restaurant food was good too, and the waitresses were great, though clearly short staffed, with long waits and some mistakes even outside peak season. We chose the duo package for €330, with unlimited spa access and a massage. The photos and videos make the place look incredible, but I was disappointed when we arrived and don’t think it was worth the price. The outdoor area is tiny, just a garden with artificial turf right beside the road and passing cars. The pool is indoors, which was a real shame. There’s a gym, but we weren’t told to bring workout clothes. The restaurant is indoors too, and feels more like a cafeteria. It was a pleasant day overall, but far too expensive for what it is. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but my rating reflects how disappointing it was, especially for the price.
