The view is stunning wherever you sit in the restaurant, and the staff are lovely, knowledgeable, and can speak English if you wish. We came just for a meal, not an overnight stay, and discovered a hidden gem in the Cevenne. The locally sourced cuisine was top quality and full of flavor. We were glad to find a four-course vegetarian meal, and it was great, with beautifully presented dishes, an excellent mix of flavors, and matching non-alcoholic drinks. I'll definitely be back.

The homemade alcohol-free drink paired with each course was designed especially for the menu. It was our first vegetarian meal, and it was great. A lovely discovery.

The staff were charming, enthusiastic, and knew their stuff. The meal was excellent, from the superb amuse bouche to the food with its nouvelle cuisine influence. It is pricey, but worth every centime. I hesitate to recommend the restaurant only because I might not get a table next time.
