The staff and I barely had any contact. The bathroom was also freezing since its only heater didn't work, which made showering really uncomfortable. The room was filthy, especially the floor and corners, with dead insects, cobwebs, and dusty surfaces. Breakfast was awful too: the bread was burnt outside and raw inside. I thought it might have been a one-off, but it was like that all three days.

The staff were really friendly, and the food made this last-night find a great surprise. Portions were huge and everything was cooked just right. My husband and son enjoyed the mixed grill, and I’d recommend the prawn starter too.

The food was good quality, though prices are definitely on the high side. The menu was okay, but smaller than when we last visited, and some of our favourites were gone. The waiter/owner was nice, but he didn’t speak English, so there were a few minor mix-ups, including getting more wine than we wanted 🍷😂.

There was a fantastic selection of top-notch food at the on-site restaurant, and plenty of beer too. Our rooms were a high standard, and we could park our precious vehicles right beside them. They’d also left free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate with a kettle. What a wonderful welcome. I’d highly recommend the place to everyone.

The people were the nicest I’ve met in ages, and the room was flawless. The chef’s recommendation was delicious. Definitely somewhere I’ll come back to.
