We were lucky to find a hotel in the next town less than an hour before we needed one. At this place, they said our reservation had been cancelled a month earlier, but there’d been no notice by email, phone, or mail. In fact, we’d received a check-in email a couple of days before we were due, so it didn’t seem the cancellation had been processed before check-in. The lobby was dirty, and it was hard to tell who worked there. It didn’t feel professional, and I’m disappointed Accor is still affiliated with this property. A horrible experience, not worthy of Accor. Don’t book this terrible hotel.

This is a basic hotel, not far from the station, hospital, or other local businesses. The staff were friendly, and it was easy to find. The place was bright and clean, with Wi-Fi and secure rooms. But staff spoke little English, parking costs an extra €6 per day, and there’s no on-street parking. It wouldn’t feel safe to leave a car on the street anyway. There was cigarette smoke throughout the building, noise from other guests, and the hotel seemed expensive for what else is available.

You get what you need from this budget hotel, and I’d happily stay with Hotel Ibis again. It’s conveniently located and has secure parking, a lift/elevator, and disabled access. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff polite and helpful, and breakfast was very good value. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

The room was clean, but very small, as you’d expect from a budget hotel, and the walls don’t block sound. You can hear a baby crying in another room. It’s 50' from the busy city of Paris and 4km from the city center, with free parking outside.
