The wedding was just 10km away, and after a five-hour drive with a child in our group of four, I was glad I called before setting off further. On June 21st, the Fête de la Musique, everything nearby was fully booked. I’d reserved one night and put 4 PM as our arrival time, then phoned at 3:30 PM to say we’d be later. They told me there wouldn’t be a room because of a problem with the key. The woman was talking to a colleague while speaking to me, which felt disrespectful. When I asked for a manager, she said she was the manager, but brushed me off and told me to sort it out myself. Problems can happen, but helping find another solution is the bare minimum. I’ve never been spoken to like that. If she’s responsible, she needs more training. Completely disappointing. Avoid this place.
