Camping de la Plage

The worst problems were with basic utilities. In winter, frozen pipes burst and it took more than two weeks to get them fixed, so we had no water in the caravan. The electricity also went out several times, once for three days. When the drains backed up, they cut the pipes outside instead of calling a plumber, and wastewater spilled onto the ground. Our boiler was leaking and broken too. The owner put off replacing it for my entire stay, leaving us without hot showers and with mushrooms growing where the water leaked. There were problems around the pond as well. In summer, groups of drunk fishermen would whistle, shout, and stare at me and my friends. A girl was even photographed while she was showering in the shared block. And once, when our neighbours were eating outside at 9 pm, the owner deliberately cut power to half the campsite because the dinner was considered too noisy. I stayed here for a few months. I wouldn't recommend this campsite.
