The apartment was really dirty and hadn't been cleaned. There was dust and hair everywhere, and no toilet paper.

I had a lovely stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a pleasant place to unwind. The staff were very courteous and attentive, and the hotel was truly exceptional.

We never got the barrier code ahead of time, and it was very unclear where to park. The hallways smelled unpleasant, the room and shower were filthy, and the kitchen was completely sticky with pasta still in the colander. There was even toilet paper left in the toilet. The Wi-Fi didn't work, there was no reception, and it felt as if we were among people who probably live there. It was very noisy, so getting a good night's sleep was out of the question.
