What made this stay stand out was the staff. From the moment we arrived until we left, the manager and the receptionist, Weil, were outstanding: professional, considerate, and focused on guests. I've stayed in plenty of hotels and travelled a lot, and I haven't experienced this level of service before. Thank you. I'll share positive feedback on social media and would highly recommend the hotel. I hope the organisation keeps this standard and recognises these staff members.

The rooms and facilities could do with some renovation, but everything was clean and comfortable. The staff made it feel like a five-star experience, and for the price, this hotel is great value.

For the price, this was much better than I expected. The rooms are small, but clean and practical, and restaurants and petrol stations are nearby. Breakfast was fine, though nothing special. Good value.

Check-in was a problem, with no one at the front desk, and even getting into the car park was a headache. The machine by the main entrance needs a major upgrade. There was no reception staff in the morning either. The reception area was noisy at night, with lots of people and pets around. It felt more like a zoo than a hotel. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Avoid.

The room was alright and the food was acceptable. I arrived late and used the automatic check-in machine, but the door pass it gave me didn't work. I had to knock on the service door, and luckily someone was there. The service was good overall.
