We just needed an inexpensive place to break up the drive south, and it did the job. There are plenty of fast food places and all-you-can-eat restaurants a short walk away. The building as a whole feels old and overdue for an update; our room and ensuite did too, though the bathroom was fairly clean. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were rubbish.

The quiet setting was a plus for me, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a large car park for guests, with several markets nearby. I stayed four nights. The room was fine for a hotel of this rank and the bathroom was spacious, though having the same breakfast every morning got old. All in all, a nice place to rest.

Our room was clean and pleasant, and there’s a nice garden and parking right in front of the rooms. The towels were a little old. We arrived late, at 23:30, and the Italian-speaking staff member kindly stayed to wait for us even though he didn’t have to. He really saved us!

The beds were really good, and the staff were lovely. The rooms could do with renovation, but this was a good stop for a night if you’re after a simple, comfortable sleep rather than luxury. Breakfast was great too.

I won’t book here again. The beds were poor and the room’s air conditioning didn’t work. The TV had 40 channels, all in French, with nothing in English, German or Italian, and not even subtitles. Really unbelievable. There are lots of other hotels around, and I’d advise choosing one of those.
