Le Mas du Chatelas

Dinner by candlelight in the beautifully decorated room was a treat, with homemade local food and wines the owners introduced us to. For our sixth anniversary, I’d booked this romantic escape at a lovely Provençal farmhouse. The couple who welcomed us were warm, charming, helpful, and professional. We also got to relax in the sauna before dinner. Our room suited our taste perfectly, with the decor we love, and it was bright, spacious, and clean. It felt like a peaceful little haven, and we left very reluctantly. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

The room was filthy, with poor repairs, and the pool was black with mold. The website gives the impression of a place that has been established for years and is therefore clean, but it looks as though it hasn’t been maintained for years. Absolutely filthy. Avoid this place.
