Apparthotel Odalys Marseille Blancarde L Alhambra

The studios are a little small, but they’re laid out and furnished well. The residence is in an ideal spot near tram lines 1 and 2, the metro, and a train station. The manager is professional and attentive, and I highly recommend him. I’ve left the residence and sincerely regret it.

The area is handy, with the train station and trams nearby. The rooms are comfortable and affordable, and the residence is well run. We were welcomed warmly.

The place itself is clean and pleasant, with nice facilities like the gym and laundry room, but the internet barely worked all year. It would come on briefly now and then, despite being included in the rent, and that’s really frustrating for a student residence. Even the cleaning gear was a letdown: the vacuum didn’t work, and the ironing board cover had to be tied on because it wouldn’t stay put. One employee did try their best, but I absolutely can’t recommend living here.

Parking costs an exorbitant amount, and the entrance was often blocked. There was noise from the shops both morning and evening, too. The room was filthy when we arrived, with cracked walls and peeling paint. Whenever we asked staff for help, their go-to answer was, “It’s not up to us.” They were completely useless.
