Our group arrived at 4:00pm, an hour after the posted 3:00pm check-in, and the room still wasn’t ready. Delays happen, but that can be a real hassle if you’re on a tight schedule, so future guests may want to plan around it. The bigger problem came at 5:45am, when I went to the lobby to ask about coffee. The receptionist the day before had told me it could be bought on request, but the front desk was unattended. I checked the coffee area and found the staff member asleep behind the counter. When I accidentally woke him, he raised his voice, told me to leave the coffee room, and acted as though my request was unreasonable. I calmly explained what I’d been told, but he was still dismissive and disrespectful. He eventually charged me 2 euros for the coffee, but the interaction was needlessly unpleasant. Hospitality should mean being professional and respectful, and making guests feel welcome. That wasn’t my experience, so I can’t recommend the property. I’d advise others to consider somewhere else.

The pool was lovely, and the room was clean and tidy. We stayed for a few nights, coming from the UK, and found the staff 10/10. They were understanding and spoke good English. The balcony could use a fresh coat of paint.

The location was great, and the room itself was fine, with a comfortable bed. Having a pool was a nice bonus. One staff member was amazing, but check-in got so busy they really needed two people at the desk. We also heard people slamming hallway doors while we were sleeping in the living room. Breakfast cost a lot and wasn’t worth it. I’d only stay here for one night.

The staff were nice, but the room felt hot, humid, and gross. The floors were dirty too. I ended up sleeping without blankets just to feel comfortable.

We had a lovely private terrace where we could eat breakfast each morning, and the view was great. The pool is on the far side of the hotel, which worked well since it could get noisy. Staff were very friendly, and the location was handy, about a 10-minute walk from Prado beach and a large supermarket. A great experience!
