Faculte hotel

I booked three nights through Expedia, then saw a bedbug review two days before the trip and decided to cancel. The policy said cancelling within three days meant paying the first night's rate plus fees, so I went ahead with it. The hotel charged that cancellation fee twice. I reported the duplicate payment to Expedia, but nearly a month later they're still trying to reach the hotel. Being double charged and not getting the money back feels like a complete rip-off. I'm furious and feel cheated. Don't book here. If they did this to me, they could do it to you, and it seems they won't put things right. I wish I could give zero stars.
