The room was amazing, clean, and had a great view. Breakfast was excellent too, with a good range of food beyond just croissants. I also had a good time at the bar. My gin and tonic cost 9 euros, and the barman poured a lot of alcohol, which was great compared with Turkey. Reception was the slowest I've ever experienced. I understand the hotel was crowded, but with just one or two people working, the line took almost 20 minutes. They wouldn't check me in before 3pm, their usual time, even though I'd requested my room around 1pm. They weren't helpful at all, so be aware that the rule is strict. When I came back at 3, there was a line again.

The room was nice, and public transport was close by. We stayed three nights, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. We had to leave at 5 am, so we asked whether breakfast could be packed for us. The woman at reception and the rest of the team put together a bag full of food. We really appreciated that and would gladly come back.

We'd happily stay here again. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, and there's an outdoor area by the pool where you can unwind in the evening. The breakfast buffet has plenty to choose from, including bacon, eggs, charcuterie, fruit, and several kinds of coffee. The hotel is also right by the city's biggest mall.

The hotel made getting around easy. It's within walking distance of the Old Port, the Docks shopping area and the mall, with groceries and restaurants nearby. We took a booked driver from the airport, who could pull up easily at the temporary drop-off point right outside, and got a taxi to the cruise port in the morning. We arrived early, and the hotel kept our luggage safe. We had two rooms, one with a large balcony and one without. Both were clean overall, though there were a few small carpet stains. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. Breakfast was good, but at €21 per person it felt a bit expensive if it wasn't included in the room price. We'd stay here again.

A very good hotel, with a lovely atmosphere and easy travel connections. The place was clean and attractive, and everything in the room was clean and made from good-quality materials.
