Greet Hotel Marseille Centre St Charles

The staff are nice and the place is clean, but I couldn't get any peace because the walls are so thin. You can hear a neighbor talking or even zipping up a bag as if they're in your room. Earplugs didn't help much. It's a shame the architects didn't consider soundproofing. Unless you can get at least a little quiet, it's not worth it.

Everything ran smoothly and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized. I had a wonderful stay, especially thanks to receptionist Souad. She welcomed me warmly, was professional and incredibly helpful, and made the experience even better. She's a real asset to the hotel.

From Sunday to Wednesday, everything about my recent stay in Marseille was just right. My room was spacious, the bedding was top quality, and it had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The rooms and shared spaces were spotless, with clear care taken over cleanliness. The location made it easy to see the city's main attractions. Staff were warm, professional, and always available to help. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely return on my next trip to Marseille.

The Greet is about a 10-minute walk from the port, and it's central with easy access to trains, metro, and buses. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, quiet, clean, and well equipped with all the comforts; the Wi-Fi worked well too. A great experience.
