8/10
The rooms are small, but fine if all you need is somewhere to rest or sleep before heading back into the city. WiFi was weak in the room and good in the lobby. The neighborhood felt a bit creepy, though I guess that's the trade-off for being close to the port and central station. It's a convenient spot, about a 7-10 minute walk from the main railway station and 10-15 minutes from the port and marina.

Smoking rooms were a nice option, and the location is good, close to the harbour, lots of bars, and the trams. The bathroom and breakfast could be better, and the lift is too small for luggage.

We had a smoking room, which worked well since my partner smokes. The staff were friendly and breakfast was okay. Nice location, with shops and restaurants nearby.

The bed was OK, but the rest wasn't reassuring. I had heavy luggage and nobody helped me, and the breakfast was awful and very expensive. I was also afraid to go out and leave my bags because the lock was almost broken.

The room was clean and okay, but that was about it. The door wouldn't lock. They said they'd fix it or move me to another room, but did nothing. Staff weren't very helpful overall.
