8/10
The room was quiet despite the busy inner-city location, and it had air conditioning. It was a good size, neat and clean, as was the attached bathroom. The man who checked me in one evening even lent me a charger for my American phone plug, which was a nice bonus. Rooms are well priced, the location is very convenient, and there are excellent restaurants down the road toward the port.

The management staff were very kind and helpful, and the location is handy for the city port, with the metro 100 meters away and a bus stop 80 meters away. There is a baggage room, and staff let me leave my bags there for free even after check-out. The rooms start on the first floor, and there are no elevators, so a baby stroller has to stay on the ground floor. Early check-in isn't allowed. The rooms are clean but compact, and noise carries through the poor soundproofing. You can hear people next door talking or watching TV. The bathroom was the worst part, so small that getting in and out was a challenge. Apart from the bathroom and noise, it was an OK place for a short trip. It's a multistory house converted into a hotel.

Just a few blocks from the Old Port, the location is great. Staff were friendly, and although the rooms were small, they were clean. The bathroom also looked recently renovated.

For the price, the quality is good. The hotel is very close to the city center, the room was good, and the staff were very nice. I'd recommend it.

The towels were dirty, and there were bed bugs. The staff were very rude and offensive. Better not complain about anything, or you'll end up being insulted and yelled at.
