Hôtel Peron

It’s a charming older hotel with more of a b&b feel, run by a lovely family. The walk from the old port is decent, but it costs quite a bit less. The views are lovely, though the shutters can bang loudly when it’s windy. Staying here felt like an experience, especially for us North Americans used to big commercial hotels. Highly recommended.

I spotted it in episode one of the amazon/mgm+ 2026/01 serie vanished at 24"43.

The staff were cordial, thoughtful, and very helpful, and we were extremely happy with our stay. From the bed we could watch both sunrise and sunset over the view. It’s well connected by bus, near a small beach, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The bathroom is old-fashioned and just big enough for a quick shower, while the bathtub is too small for an adult. A lift would be useful for anyone traveling with older people. It was my birthday trip, and although the owner couldn’t arrange anything special, they kindly covered our airport transfer themselves. That was a sweet gesture.

The owners were so kind and helpful. It’s a lovely little family-run hotel, with a quirky but charming interior. The bedrooms have stunning views across the sea and islands. I’d definitely recommend it.
