Les Appartements d'Edmond Sylvabelle

We were unsure about staying for two nights when we arrived, and the receptionist said we could cancel until morning. After we found cockroaches, no air conditioning, and very narrow stairs, we asked to cancel the second night as agreed the day before. The staff hadn’t communicated this properly, and they refused our request. The owner was unpleasant and dismissive, and wouldn’t move us to another apartment for the same price, even though we had a two-year-old with a stroller. There’s no customer service at all. The place isn’t clean, and guests have to clean and take out the trash themselves or lose the €300 deposit. I strongly advise against staying here. Avoid it at all costs.
