L'appart du Vieux Port

Marseille stays lively late into the night around this address, and we knew that going in, so it didn’t bother us. If you want peace and quiet, maybe try the Larzac 😉. We’d happily come back. The apartment right by the Vieux Port was spotless and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful little touches on arrival. Communication with the owner was very good. Thank you!

It’s right in the center, just 50 meters from the port and 10 from a square packed with bars, clubs, and restaurants. That also means a lot of street noise, sometimes until 3 or 4 am, so bring earplugs.

We were very happy with the apartment, and the contact person was really helpful. It was clean and in a great spot close to everything, with a quiet courtyard view. The bathroom and kitchenette worked well, though a few more dishes for breakfast would help. The iron stools weren’t comfortable, a chair would be better, and the exterior could use some work.

Anne, our contact, was quick to respond and accommodating, thank you! The rooms are decorated very nicely, and the hotel overlooks the port in a really good location. I highly recommend it and would come back :)
