Breakfast was generous, with homemade crepes, cakes, jams, and plenty more. Our place was exceptionally clean and had lovely furnishings. The owner is a genuinely kind woman, and the property feels like a peaceful retreat, with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Highly recommended.

There are plenty of places to sit outside, sun loungers, a pool, and a whirlpool, so it was easy to relax from morning to night. The nearest beach is about a 10-minute walk; the town center takes around 25 minutes by bike, and a small shop is five minutes away on foot. The owner lives on site and rents rooms with separate entrances. We arrived two hours early but were warmly welcomed and felt at home straight away. Our room was clean and tidied every day. Breakfast was fantastic, with baguettes, fruit, crepes, homemade jams and cakes, and more. The only drawback was that the owner spoke just a little English, so we couldn't have as many conversations with her as we'd have liked.

The best part of my duplex was the patio. It was lovely to sit there and eat in the evening. Inside, it was cute, clean, and nicely decorated, with everything I needed, including a small fridge, glasses, and a microwave. The house is close to the bus, parking, ferry, Vival supermarket, and restaurants, yet feels like a peaceful little haven. All you hear are the seagulls. The garden is well kept, with a big pool, hot tub, and sun loungers. Suzy is a gem, so kind and devoted to her guests. Breakfast was a real treat, with fresh food, a big selection, homemade jams, and her excellent cakes. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend coming here for a lovely vacation. Thanks again, Suzy, for all the thoughtful touches and those wonderful cakes I had in the morning.

We left after the first night and got no refund for the other two nights. We didn't feel safe because we had no key to lock the door, and the breakfast we'd booked wasn't provided. At 7:20 the next morning, while we were still asleep, the woman forced her way into our accommodation and yelled at us. I've traveled a lot and never experienced anything like that. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and unsafe. We'd booked three nights, and the nightly rate wasn't cheap. We also had to pay an extra fee for checking in late. When we arrived, the welcome was very rude. The woman running the place didn't want to do a proper check-in or give us keys, and refused breakfast at 8:00 a.m. because she didn't want to get up that early. The rooms were clean, but the furnishings were very old, and the pool was dirty. Alcohol isn't allowed. Pool hours are 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 to 6:00 p.m.
