The Anglophone staff are all cheerful, highly professional, and helpful. Big thanks to Ruben and Naomi. Housekeeping is 100%, the rooms and bathrooms have a clean design, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel has been renovated well, and the rooms are quiet. It's in a great spot in central Bonneveine, opposite the district shopping area. I've stayed here regularly, including when it was Ibis, and B&B is better. Breakfast is excellent, with healthy options like fresh fruit, fruit salad, yoghurt, and honey, plus sausages, scrambled eggs, saucisson, croissants, muffins, jams, and more. Recommended!

The person who greeted us was incredibly kind and attentive, and made sure we had a safe trip. I really appreciated that. We were very pleased with the pool, Wi-Fi, accommodation, and location. I highly recommend this place.

The staff were the real highlight, especially the young waitress, who was lovely and efficient. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful, which you don't come across every day. The pool was wonderful, and a welcome relief in those very high temperatures. We were here three nights with a group of Scottish rugby supporters. It's a budget hotel with no frills, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast was very good, and the one dinner we had was fine. It's a long way from the city center, though the area itself is pleasant and quiet. I'd definitely stay again.

It took me a little while to find this charming, sophisticated hotel tucked behind the busy mall, but I was taken with it as soon as I checked in. The staff were easygoing, friendly, and ready to help. My room was clean and just right for the price. Breakfast was lovely too, and I enjoyed being close to the mall, park, and bus station. The beach is an easy stroll away. I'd happily stay here again.

Worst B&B stay I've ever had! The hotel controls the AC temperature, and our room was too hot, at least 24-25 degrees. We paid over 500 e for three nights. At that price, they could at least let guests cool the room to 22. I don't care about the excuses, this just feels cheap, like they're trying to save on the electricity bill.
