I've never had a worse hotel experience. My first room was filthy, with a dirty floor, dust everywhere, an unclean bed, and such a strong cigarette smell I couldn't sleep. It clearly hadn't been cleaned or checked before I arrived. At 5:00 AM I went to reception to ask for another room, and even that took over an hour because their door lock system was having problems. The hotel also lacks basic amenities you'd expect at this price. Over my three nights, the room wasn't cleaned once, and nothing was replaced, no fresh towels or housekeeping at all. Poor hygiene, poor management, and zero respect for guests. Avoid this place.

Really nice place, clean and reasonably priced. It's super close to a metro and tram station, and about a 15-minute walk to the port. The staff were kind too, all of you, from reception to the cleaning ladies. I'll 100% come back!

The rooms are tiny, and ours wasn't very clean. The towels didn't seem to have been washed properly either. Breakfast was especially poor, with no fruit or vegetables and everything served seeming very low quality.

Quiet and clean, and the price is reasonable. There's a shopping mall and metro station nearby, which makes the location handy. The pillow was much too soft for me, though, so I didn't find it comfortable.

The room was good, and the hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was fair. What stood out most was Mrs Maria at reception. She gave us really useful tips about the city.
