The rooms look like they’re from 1960, and the service is basically nonexistent. Incredibly poor hotel. I can’t recommend it.

The deposit refund came through a few days ago, but it was 50€ short. Management said we were supposed to clean the kitchen before checking out. That felt like being ripped off, and it left me really upset. Before we left, I’d folded the dirty towels and tidied as much as a guest reasonably could to help the cleaner. We only left two dirty cups in the sink. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Our check-in also took 30 minutes because reception had trouble charging the deposit to our credit cards. The room was for three, but it seemed set up for two: there were only two bathrobes, two pairs of pool slippers, and tea and coffee for two. Small things, but still inconvenient. A photographer friend in the next room had her camera stolen. It was valuable both for its price and for the material on it. She contacted management, but they didn’t help. It seemed strange, since only she and hotel staff had access to the room. The security felt unreliable to me, so be careful.

They took a 250 euro deposit on arrival. During the stay, if you left empty boxes or didn’t clean the table or bathroom when the cleaners came, they’d bring hotel staff into your room to take pictures without telling you. Even if you hadn’t broken anything and left the room clean when you checked out, they could still charge the deposit. I’d avoid this apartment hotel if you don’t want to risk losing more money.

Getting to Paris takes about 40 minutes by train, and the large rooms near the station make getting around easy. My room wasn’t very clean, with dust under the bed and on furniture, plus cobwebs. The bathroom felt old and wasn’t very clean either, and some bulbs were broken. Breakfast was okay and the food was tasty and nicely cooked, but it was the same each day: scrambled eggs, sausage, ham, tomatoes, cheese and some baked goods. It was an acceptable stay, though there’s plenty they could improve.
