An amazing place, a fantastic former winery farmhouse that looks like a chateau.

The team looked after us so well, especially Nadège, who was a real gem. The service was beyond perfect and made it a wonderful experience. We discovered the venue at a wedding, and it’s magnificent for a ceremony: lovely rooms, views of the Loire River, and different spaces for the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, dancing, terrace, and pool. Everything was superb. We highly recommend it!

The room was cold, and the meal was barely worth €6. I’ve had better food in a school cafeteria. There were countless discrepancies between the quote and the final bill. For that price, you’d be better off at a function room, where you’d be treated much better. Avoid these vendors. And if you love Halloween, the cobwebs everywhere, on the ceiling and chandeliers, will welcome you.

The manager did apologize and tried to help us find another date or venue, though fortunately we managed to sort that out ourselves. The place is certainly magnificent, but the customer service was truly deplorable. We had planned a wedding for October 2025, and the whole experience was very disappointing. In July 2024, the sales representative met us and confirmed our preferred date was available. He said there was no need to sign a contract right away, that he had put a hold on it, and that we’d have priority if another couple got in touch. A month and a half later, we emailed to confirm the booking and ask for the contract, but heard nothing. Two weeks after that, we happened to see him at a wedding fair. He casually told us the date had gone to another couple who’d signed with his colleague. There was no sincere apology, just “I’ll call you back tomorrow,” which never happened. The venue was closed on Monday, and by Tuesday we still had no news, so we had to call ourselves.
