Airport Hotel

We barely slept because bugs were everywhere, flying ants or maybe termites. With no one at reception from 11pm to 8am, there was nobody to help. The bathroom was dirty too. There’s no AC, and with the exterior doors we didn’t feel safe leaving the windows open. I would not recommend this place.

Breakfast wasn't worth the 10€, or 7€ for children. It was just chunks of baguette, marmalade, mini-croissants and coffee, with no milk or cornflakes. Go to a nearby bakery or the airport instead. The staff were kind, but the rooms had dust in all the corners, so they hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. I also spotted a bunk bed with all its bolts sticking out, apparently loosened by a previous guest. It was easy to see, yet nobody had noticed. As far as I could tell, only two people run the motel in shifts, one at a time, including handling the airport shuttle, which makes decent service difficult.

There was mold on our wall and a strong mildew smell. I asked if we could switch rooms, but they said none were available. This room is a real problem for anyone with asthma or allergies. I can't say what the guests who gave five stars had, but our room wasn't nearly as nice.

We needed somewhere near Paris C de G airport for nights before and after flights at awkward times, and after a lot of research we booked this place. It is the cheapest option within a reasonable distance, with secure parking, which mattered to us. The shuttle got us to the airport promptly, though the return trip took far too long. The rooms are small and basic, but you only need somewhere to lay your head, right? This isn't really somewhere to stay unless you're using the airport.
