The team really made this stay special. Everyone was kind and professional, and happy to stop for a quick chat. We’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, but haven’t come across a team so focused on making guests comfortable. The room was bright and very clean, and the food and drinks were high quality. One small suggestion: it would be nice to have a few more choices on the snack and lunch menu by the pool, for anyone who wants to spend the day there. We had an amazing stay at Alexandra Palace.

The suite was spacious and peaceful, and its balcony was the perfect place to linger in the evening. We also really enjoyed the pool, and the food was excellent, especially the duck and duck foie gras. The setting is stunning, with a lovely atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout, particularly the gentleman serving breakfast and dinner, who was genuinely welcoming and helpful. It’s the sort of place that makes you wish you could stay longer.

Loved this beautiful palace. The service was unbelievable, and it’s the best hotel in the entire Lorie Valley in France.

The presidential suite was incredible, especially the balcony looking out over the scenery. We had beef for dinner and it was out of this world. Two of the three of us also had massages, and found them so relaxing. We spent two nights at Alexandra Palace and felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. Everything was pristine, with beautiful decor, and it’s a serene place to properly switch off. The pool was a lovely temperature in the warm weather, and the grounds were beautiful, with birds chirping all around. Every staff member was wonderfully friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family.

A peaceful country escape with opulent decor that feels like stepping into another time. The chateau was spotless and newly renovated, and the staff were very friendly and ready to help with any need. A lovely getaway I’m sure you’ll enjoy.
