The permaculture garden feels like a little paradise, and we loved staying there. Frederique is so welcoming and a wonderful cook, at least one Michelin star, I'd say. We spent two nights and were already sorry to leave. Thank you so much!

The food was a real treat, fresh and organic, with Frederique making lovely dishes from her garden. We wished we'd made room for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We stayed a few nights in our campervan, and this is one of the best places we've been so far. Frederique is such a lovely, welcoming host and lives in the Watermill, with her food forest and permaculture garden nearby, plus a natural swimming pool. We highly recommend it. Thanks, Frederique, we'll definitely come back.

Lunch at Frederique's was amazing, made with produce from her own garden. The place feels like a little paradise!

The owner's friendliness and the setting make it seem like a lovely place to stay. I can't speak to the accommodation itself, since we live nearby and didn't stay overnight. Just past Villereal, there's a beautiful working watermill with a lot of atmosphere. The owner practices permaculture, with two big, happy black pigs helping out.

That evening was the highlight of our holiday, and we'll definitely return. Frederique gave us a great tour and explained permaculture, then we had a delicious meal. It was unforgettable.
