The service was the worst part. We called about the broken bed and, when they finally answered, they said they’d look for a solution. Four weeks later, they’re still looking. We complained to Booking and were offered a voucher, but at the same time the chalet CHARGED my card the amount Booking was offering. I blocked them on Revolut, but the money is gone. We asked them to justify the payment and send an invoice, but, as you can guess, silence. Please don’t stay there! The room was only as wide as the bunk bed plus 40 cm, so we had to get in from the side. That might have been manageable if everything else was okay. But the bed was terrible: the slatted frame was broken, the mattress was hanging in the air, and we couldn’t use the bed. The sofa looked like it remembered Queen Elisabeths birth. It was very uncomfortable, creaked every time we turned, and had a big hole in the middle that made us fall onto each other. They charge you for cleaning, but the oven was of very doubtful cleanliness.

We couldn't sleep there, and in the end we lost all our money. The place was ridiculously small for such an exorbitant price, with extra charges for sheets and towels. The bed was completely torn, and the mattresses, kitchen, and walls were filthy. Customer service never replied, even though the situation was serious. Worst accommodation I've ever seen.

I don't normally complain about places I've stayed, but I want to warn anyone booking for a holiday or work trip. I arranged this through Booking.com for a business trip, and Mont Blanc Booking managed it. They seem to be a developer renting out apartments in this chalet, but my experience was a disaster. Getting in around midnight to dirty sheets, rotten bedding, no soap or shower gel, and an apartment that was filthy was awful. Sheets and towels were charged separately, nearly €100, and the sheets weren't even on the beds. The towels amounted to two small ones, with no bath mat. For that extra cost, I might as well have stayed in a hotel. It was probably the worst stay and service I've had. I spent months asking for some goodwill gesture and was told it was being processed. Then they threatened that I'd get absolutely nothing if I left a negative review. Keep your 20 bucks. I'd rather spend the time telling people about this.

We couldn't get comfortable enough to sleep in the beds, so we ended up making our bed on the floor. There weren't any sheets in the apartment, and we had to go buy some. After the first night on the sofa bed, my wife woke with a locked back and couldn't ski. We saw an osteopath, who advised her not to ski. It was a nightmare from the start. The apartment was filthy and smelled strongly. The sofa bed mattress and bunk beds were dirty, as were the dishes and curtains, which also smelled bad. There was dog hair everywhere. The terrace table and chairs were rusty. Walls and light switches were stained and dirty. In the bathroom, the shower head was dirty, there was no sealant in the shower, mold in several places, and the door wouldn't lock. There was no cleaning equipment at all, not even a broom, vacuum, bucket, or cloth, just one cleaning product. The microwave was filthy and the oven was so dirty it couldn't be used. This place is unsanitary, less clean and comfortable than a prison cell. Avoid it, it's a scam and this chalet is a rip-off.
