L'Alpaga, a Beaumier hotel

This was my second ski trip at L’Alpaga, and I had another amazing stay. It feels more like home than a regular hotel, with the staff like family. Many thanks to the whole team, especially Manon & Yanis 🙏🏻

We ended up staying three extra nights after initially planning just a few nights in Feb 2024. The way Sandra, Guillaume, and Augustin looked after us made us feel at home, and we're already looking forward to coming back. They handled everything from restaurant reservations and spa bookings to personalized recommendations with care and efficiency. Across the hotel, everyone was genuine, helpful, and went above and beyond. The welcome at reception was warm, the concierge was seamless, and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. With stunning surroundings and such memorable service, this is a gem of a hotel in Megève. See you soon :D

The location is really quiet, so we slept well, and we couldn't hear noise from the other rooms. Our beds were super comfortable, though the rooms could perhaps be a little bigger for the price. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were really nice, and the hotel was a great experience overall. Helen deserves a special mention. She was naturally talented, warm, and welcoming, and made the holiday better for our whole family. All the staff were very nice. The food was delicious and reasonably priced compared with the overpriced tourist traps in town. I just wish there were more dishes to choose from across a wider range of prices. The kids club and gym need more care, as they feel like an afterthought. If fitness matters to you, don't expect much from the gym: there's a treadmill, bands, a bike, and some free weights. Be ready to work out outside. We'd happily stay again.

I wish we'd booked a longer stay. The staff were so nice and helpful at this wonderful hotel. Highly recommended!
