Beth and her team were so flexible with the children’s mealtimes and looked after them incredibly well. She offered a simpler take on the adult menu, so they got to try French food instead of having chicken nuggets and chips every night. They couldn’t have done more for us. It’s our second visit to the Gai Soley, and it was just as wonderful as before. The room was really clean and nice, and the restaurant served great, creative food. When I had trouble with my car, all the staff helped me sort it out. Thank you, Cecile!!! We’ll be back in two weekends!

I’ve stayed at Hotel Le Gai Soleil in both summer and winter. The experiences were different, but the food quality, friendly staff and comfortable rooms were fantastic each time. Whether you’re in Megeve for skiing or summer hiking in the Alps, I think it’d be hard to find better value anywhere.

My wife and I had a relaxing four-day break at the Gai Soliel, exactly what we needed. The food was to die for, the room was comfortable and very clean, and the staff made us feel welcome. We’ll definitely enjoy the hospitality at the Gai Soliel again soon.

We booked a room on the spur of the moment at reception. It was clean, with a nice view, balcony and comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good and had everything you’d want. We also had trouble with our bikes, and the staff helped us find a garage to repair them. Top service.
