Housekeeping was impeccable, and the thoughtful evening turndown was a nice touch. Room service was consistently quick and efficient. The concierge was attentive and seemed to anticipate every need, and the reception team were warm and welcoming. It’s an exceptionally elegant hotel, and I’d absolutely stay here again.

The location is amazing, the service is great, and they’ll accommodate you so you can have the best ski experience of your life. I’m surprised this isn’t a five-star hotel. I’ll definitely visit again.

The hotel has loads of charm, and the location is incredible. The staff were very friendly, too. Breakfast was the one letdown: there wasn't much choice, and service felt chaotic. The guys working there weren't friendly. Apart from that, it was a perfect stay.
